    XBOX connectivity issues

Not sure if anyone can help me out. But I have been having some connectivity issues with live.
    Hello,

Over the past couple of days I have been having some trouble staying connected to xbox live. It will drop out every 15-20 minutes. I am not having any problems with my phone wifi or laptops. I have already tried to

unplug router and xbox for 15 minutes

    update firmware on my router

did a manual reboot of router.

    UPnP is Enabled

One of the first things to do is a hard reboot on the console. Like a computer, it needs to be fully shut down from time to time (instead of just "sleep" mode).

Another is to try hard wiring the console and see if it fixes the issue. You can't rule out the wifi in the console going bad.

Looking at the Xbox support page, there aren't any issues with Live (though there could have been in the days past). I'd highly recommend going straight to @XboxSupport on twitter with any issues. They are extremely responsive and helpful.

Try clearing the Alternative MAC Address from your Xbox. It will sign you out of live and you will need to reboot.

So I did both of your suggestions and it seems to be working now! I appreciate the help.
